IRRC was organized in the late 1960's primarily as a event safety communications club. Over the years the club has evolved and began to focus more on the safety of off-road racing. IRRC operated in Southern California & parts of Mexico supporting all facets of desert racing. Over the last several years IRRC has been working with event coordinators, race organizations and municipal agencies in efforts to keep our desert riders safe.
